Job Opportunity:
Ampcontrol seeks a skilled professional to join their team as a Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) expert.
This role involves providing guidance, coordination, and support across the organization in HSEQ matters.
The ideal candidate will have experience in similar roles within manufacturing or industrial environments, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include providing practical HSEQ guidance, driving implementation and continuous improvement of integrated management systems, leading HSEQ improvement projects, and facilitating incident reporting and resolution.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate safety, environment, and quality documentation, supporting QA/QC improvements, and conducting contractor and visitor inductions.
The selected individual will possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a passion for safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar HSEQ role within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Cert IV WHS (or equivalent qualification in Health & Safety).
- In-depth knowledge of WHS legislation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Return to Work Coordination and incident investigation experience.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).
- Passion for safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to travel occasionally within Australia.
- High integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
