Job Overview

This pivotal role is accountable for driving financial performance, ensuring safety and quality outcomes, managing client relationships, and delivering operational excellence. You will oversee budgets, reporting, and profitability while engaging with senior client stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance and service delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing our approach to people management whilst enabling a great client partnership, strong financial outcomes, driving business growth, and maintaining proactive safety and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full accountability for financial performance including profit and loss, forecasting, budgets, and reporting.
  • Contract HSEQ performance accountability.
  • Client relationships – proactively build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Oversee field operations, and manage resources to deliver contract requirements.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial, operational, and safety performance.
  • Maintain contract compliance and deliver timely resolution of client issues.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in contract or project management within a large organisation.
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen, with experience in profit and loss accountability and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with senior clients and stakeholders on contractual and operational matters.
  • Proven people management and leadership capability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in negotiation and decision-making.
  • Industry experience in a similar environment would be beneficial.
