Job Title: Senior Contract Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of a Tier 1 contract in NSW.

The role will support the delivery of various services across multiple regions, including meter reading, reconnection, disconnection services and probe reading.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial performance, safety, quality outcomes, client relationship management, and operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountability for financial performance, including P&L management, forecasting, budgeting and reporting
  • Performance accountability for HSEQ metrics
  • Proactive building and maintenance of strong relationships with clients
  • Overseeing field operations and managing resources to deliver contract requirements
  • Leading, mentoring and developing operational teams
  • Driving continuous improvement in financial, operational and safety performance
  • Maintenance of contract compliance and timely resolution of client issues
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in contract or project management within a large organisation
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in P&L accountability and reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with senior clients and stakeholders on contractual and operational matters
  • Proven leadership capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in negotiation and decision making
  • Industry experience in a similar environment would be beneficial
