As part of our focus on continuous improvement and best industry HSEQ practices, we are currently looking to expand our team and as a result are looking for an experienced and motivated Systems & Quality Specialist to join us. This position's key focus will be to support the implementation of Daracon's Management System by assisting the Systems Lead and Divisional Manager HSEQT in document preparation, monitoring compliance and identifying improvements.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree or diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Management, or a related field desirable
  • Lead Auditor certification in ISO standards (ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environment, ISO 45001 WHS) is mandatory.
  • Additional training in continuous improvement methods desirable.
  • Quality Experience delivering construction projects desirable
  • Engineering skills desirable but not mandatory
  • Several years of experience in quality, compliance, or systems roles within manufacturing, construction, services, or a regulated industry.
  • Demonstrated success in maintaining certification audits (e.g., ISO, OFSC, NATA).
  • Hands-on experience in management reviews.
  • Experience with contractor management systems and WHS compliance is essential.
  • Experience with HSI Donesafe and Microsoft Teams suite desirable
