About This Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Family Experience Partner.

In this key role, you will provide exceptional support to families and services across QLD, NSW, and VIC. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the full enrolment experience, ensuring seamless transitions for families and service providers.

Your expertise in system management and compliance will be invaluable in maintaining accurate records and upholding funding requirements. You will also play a crucial role in developing meaningful relationships with Service Managers and community leaders.

  • Outstanding communication skills, enabling effective engagement with diverse stakeholders
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, tackling complex queries with ease
  • Proven expertise in CCS, ACCS, ISS, and Kindy funding

Duties and Responsibilities

Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • System administration and maintenance
  • Ongoing communication with families and services via phone and other channels
  • Supporting service providers and families through challenging situations
  • Maintaining accurate records and analysing feedback data
  • Collaborating on initiatives to enhance the onboarding process
