Family Engagement Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Family Experience Partner to join our team. As a key member of our family engagement team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with families and services across QLD, NSW, and VIC.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full enrolment experience, including system support, funding compliance, service tours, and helping families feel welcome.
• Handle data and reporting with warmth and care, becoming the reassuring voice on the line for enquiries, payments, and related questions.
• Develop meaningful, ongoing relationships with Service Managers and understand the unique needs of the communities you support.
Requirements:
• Whiz with systems and spreadsheets, with a passion for pulling insights from data.
• Calm, solutions-focused approach to customer service.
• Knowledge of CCS, ACCS, ISS, and Kindy funding (or ability to learn quickly).
• Confident in juggling admin, reporting, and relationship-building.
• Experience in the early learning sector.
