The Role

This Electrical Supervisor position involves leading and managing electrical subcontractors and self-perform teams to deliver projects efficiently.

  • Supervising electrical teams to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations
  • Ensuring workers implement control measures to minimize risk to health and safety
  • Reporting and responding to incidents, non-conformances, and near misses
  • Collaborating with project engineers and managers to plan and execute projects effectively

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An appropriate trade certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in industrial construction, mining, or maintenance
  • Proven commitment to leading safety, quality, and environmental compliance on site
