Job Summary:

BridgePoint Associates is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager of Student Achievement and Partnerships to join our team. As a Regional Manager, you will play a critical role in improving outcomes for middle and high school students in various regions of Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Maintain Partnerships: Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, including district administration, school leadership, colleges, parents, and students, to increase access to postsecondary education programs.
  2. Conduct Needs Assessments: Analyze data to identify areas of need for partners and develop action plans to address these needs.
  3. Provide Resources and Support: Offer resources and support to promote college readiness and student success, including workshops and program development.
  4. Oversee Program Delivery: Ensure the effective delivery of programs and services to meet the needs of partners and students.
  5. Grant Management: Oversee the management of grant funding, including reporting and compliance.
  6. Travel and Collaboration: Travel within the assigned region to build relationships and collaborate with partners, and work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Approximately 2+ years of relevant work experience working for or collaborating with a K-12 school system.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree a plus.
  3. Skills: Strong relationship building skills, excellent project management skills, experience with analyzing data and providing reports, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  4. Travel Requirements: Ability to travel within the assigned region and possess a valid Florida Driver's License.
