We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to fill the role of Dean of Students at St Patrick's College Shorncliffe.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will play a crucial part in shaping the educational experience of our students, possessing excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong commitment to the College's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and review pastoral formation programs for boys and young men.
- Nurture positive relationships and partnerships between student/parent/school/stakeholders.
- Have a well-informed understanding of contemporary practices, research, and care in an all-boys' setting.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and collaborative leadership within a team environment.
- Commitment to, and understanding of, Catholic education and the Charism of Edmund Rice as articulated in the EREA Charter for Catholic Schools in the Edmund Rice Tradition.
- Knowledge of and experience in the design, implementation, and review of pastoral formation programs for boys and young men.
- Demonstrated commitment to nurturing positive relationships and partnerships between student/parent/school/stakeholders.
- Have a well-informed understanding of contemporary practices, research, and care in an all-boys' setting.
- Be able to demonstrate problem-solving skills, and have experience and commitment to collaborative leadership within a team environment.
