Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a unique combination of educational insight, strong coordination skills, and a genuine commitment to student support.

This role supports academic success through learning resource management, tailored academic support, and the coordination of Work Integrated Learning (WIL) and student experience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide information and guidance to students to improve their academic literacy, digital skills, and independent learning abilities.
  • Develop, promote, and execute one-on-one academic skills activities and workshops that cater to diverse student needs.
  • Source, curate, and manage print, IT, and digital learning resources to enhance the student experience.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of student experience initiatives and academic enrichment programs that foster a culture of staff engagement.
  • Collaborate with Course Coordinators and support staff to identify and assist at-risk students in achieving their academic goals.
Qualifications:
  • To be successful in this role, you'll bring relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience in tertiary education, academic support, or student engagement.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality student experiences and fostering a positive campus environment is essential for this position.
