We are seeking an experienced IS Business Analyst to join our IS PMO team. In this role, you will focus on gathering and analyzing business requirements, modeling business processes, and designing solutions that align with our strategic objectives.

This position offers a diverse range of work and provides opportunities to be involved in various activities, including:

  • Gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements
  • Developing project charters and defining project scope and objectives
  • Translating business requirements into technical specifications and implementing solutions
  • Developing and executing test plans to ensure solutions meet business needs and identifying defects
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and managing associated risks
  • Providing ongoing support and maintenance for systems and processes

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. Additionally, you should have 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry and proficiency in gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements. You should also have skills in understanding stakeholder needs, negotiating priorities, and maintaining relationships.

We offer a competitive salary of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on location, which includes Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney.
