About the Role

Lotus People are seeking an experienced Marketing Solutions Specialist to join the Marketing Solutions team. This role will be the backbone of the department, providing strategic thought, writing creative briefs, and coordinating multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project management and delivery of marketing projects and activities.
  • Ensure consistent marketing practices and processes, acting as a brand guidelines custodian.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Align stakeholder expectations with the University's Marketing strategy.
  • Manage third-party marketing partners, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to marketing project plans, ensuring delivery within agreed timeframes and budgets.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Solutions team and mentor junior members.
  • Foster strategic thinking to identify business problems and propose forward-thinking solutions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience within a Marketing role.
  • Proven experience in video and photography production, and creative concept development across all channels.
  • Experience working with agencies.
  • Familiarity with online tools like Teamwork.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.
