Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Mid-Market Account Executive to join our team at Semrush. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic account management and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Semrush solutions.
  • Prospect and qualify new leads, leveraging your expertise in B2B software sales to close deals and exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-based selling experiences and drive customer retention.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Contribute to the development of sales methodologies and processes, sharing your expertise to drive team success.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, with a proven track record of success in prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, including BANT qualification and meeting control.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Native or bilingual English language proficiency.
