Job Title: Principal Content Design Officer

  • Obtain essential insight to improve customer satisfaction and increase efficiency
  • Use effective reporting, evaluation metrics, and analysis to inform future web and digital communication and engagement strategies
  • Improve systems, mentor team members, develop efficient processes, and lead quality-control methods to ensure a high level of output from the team
  • Maintain positive relationships, engaging effectively with stakeholders in the department and across government and externally
