Lead Digital Transformation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to drive our digital strategy and lead the development of innovative solutions.

The successful candidate will partner with our business leaders to identify and progress technology opportunities that align with our strategic priorities and operational challenges. They will be responsible for:

  1. Proactively identifying new technology opportunities and collaborating with key leaders to assess their value to the business.
  2. Closely partnering with business leaders to develop concept development and business cases for technology initiatives/projects, seeking funding allocations and defining value.
  3. Driving adoption and consistent implementation of digital technologies across the business, focusing on maximizing value, experiences, and operational efficiencies.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have capability across key areas such as:

  1. Strong interpersonal skills to engage with people at all levels and build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  2. Ability to communicate a compelling vision and purpose to the broader team.
  3. Fully understanding of the technology and digital strategy development process.
  4. Understanding of related capabilities such as design thinking, UX, and service design.
  5. Expertise in managing external vendors and procurement.
  6. Leadership, influence, and Organisational Change Management (OCM) skills.
