Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive digital health innovation and transformation across Metro South Health.

  • This pivotal leadership role will involve shaping and delivering our digital strategy, driving innovation, partnerships, and service delivery across key digital domains.

About You:

  • You will have a proven track record of promoting new and innovative means of utilising digital capability to improve delivery of healthcare services.
  • A strong knowledge of contemporary digital health practices and experience applying them in practical, value-driven ways.
  • Proven ability to build strong executive, clinical, and industry partnerships.
  • Demonstrated success leading and mentoring multi-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative, customer-focused outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide strategic leadership in digital health, supporting the Chief Clinical Information Officer (CCIO) and senior leadership teams.
  2. Lead high-performing teams across Digital Engagement & Innovation, Digital Project Delivery, and Business Analysis Services.
  3. Build and foster strong partnerships with clinical leaders, industry, research, and government stakeholders.
  4. Oversee delivery of large-scale digital health initiatives and transformation projects aligned with MSH's strategic goals.
