Case Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage case intake, assessment, and associated correspondence. The successful candidate will work closely with our Federal Government agency partner to ensure the effective management of AAT matters within statutory timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage case intake and assessment processes
  • Collate and file Tribunal documents as required
  • Assist in organizing assessments to support case managers
  • Draft documents and respond to incoming correspondence
Requirements:
  • Experience in administrative or case management roles
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
  • Strong time management and self-management skills
  • Well-developed organizational and communication skills
