Job Title: Case Management Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Case Management Coordinator to oversee the performance of our Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) operations. This role will involve managing the team workload, supervising quality checking of outputs, and providing complex technical advice.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to negotiate with stakeholders, and possess critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. They should also have experience in team leadership and be proficient in scheduling and time management.

This is an APS6 level role with a 12-month initial contract and the opportunity for extension. The expected rate is AU$58.50 per hour + Superannuation, with the option to work from home two days a week and on site three days a week.

This role involves two teams: Intake & Processing and Triage & Tribunal Documents. The Case Manager's role is an administrative Team Leader position requiring an excellent understanding of sound administrative practice and procedure.
