Case Management Specialist

This is a 12-month assignment for Case Managers to work with low to moderately complex AAT matters.
Your Responsibilities:- Develop and implement case management plans for effective resolution of AAT matters.
- Conduct research, gather information, and provide analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, including evidence supporting conclusions reached during the case management process.
- Communicate effectively with diverse groups, including participants, Scheme members, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in case management or business management roles.
- Excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite programs.
