As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide daily customer service and respond promptly to customer queries and complaints.
- Answer telephones efficiently and accurately enter customer order data into the system.
- Offer accurate product information to customers and resolve any product-related issues.
- Maintain customer information in the CRM system and ensure its accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with sales teams to achieve sales targets and maintain a working knowledge of promotions.
- Provide direct support backup to Product Specialists and receive and enter customer orders via telephone and electronically.
- Monitor and manage customer consignment stock through efficient monitoring and provision of stock data.
- Liaise with customers, sales specialists, and administration to administer faulty product claims and resolve discrepancies.
