We are seeking a Customer Journey Specialist to deliver an exceptional customer experience in the prebuild phase of homes.
This involves frequent outbound calls to support our customer service delivery and taking a proactive approach to customer contact.
About Your Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer enquiries via email and phone in a timely manner
- Making proactive calls to customers to ensure their needs are met
- Updating and logging customer file notes
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
- Supporting administrative tasks
- You have passion and enthusiasm about working in the building industry
- You can deliver an awesome customer experience
- You have understanding of objection handling and negotiation
- You build collaborative relationships and work well under pressure
- You have excellent listening skills and attention to detail when producing documentation
