Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated professionals to provide exceptional customer service as part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer-facing roles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

About the Role:

The Contact Centre operates between 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday, including public holidays. As a full-time specialist, you will be rostered across the operational hours and work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  • Consistently meet key performance targets, including call quality and compliance.
  • Provide accurate product information and update customer records promptly.
  • Adapt and learn continuously to enhance personal and team skills.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possesses a compassionate, empathetic, and patient manner.
