The role of Customer Service Representative involves delivering high-quality customer experiences through effective management of inbound calls and service-related enquiries.
Key Responsibilities- Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced contact centre environment.
- Manage cases and emails through a CRM system, ensuring timely resolution of service issues.
- Collaborate with external agents to book service jobs and monitor bookings for acceptance.
- Actively resolve customer complaints and disputes.
- Process store credits and changes as per company policy.
- Track freight movements and maintain liaison with freight companies.
- Support the sales team with store and follow-up queries.
- Previous customer service or call centre experience is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A professional and confident phone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and propose alternative solutions.
- A strong work ethic, flexibility, multitasking skills, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to complete tasks autonomously with high accuracy.
- Continuous learning and improvement mindset.
- Previous experience with CRM systems is desirable.
