The OpportunityWe are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to fill this part-time position as a Customer Service Representative. This fixed-term contract offers flexibility with a 6-month term.
Key Responsibilities- Manage high-volume calls, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Provide prompt and efficient service while adhering to agreed service levels and performance metrics.
- Establish relationships and rapport with customers, both internal and external.
- Experience in a helpdesk or call centre setting (preferred).
- Ability to remain composed under pressure, multitask, and demonstrate exceptional customer focus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Participation in on-site paid training.
