Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Client Partner to join our team. As a Client Partner, you'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise customers on the power of data and how Quantexa's solution can drive insights and actions.
  • Steer customers and internal teams to deliver the right solution for the problem.
  • Advise customers on the direction of the Quantexa platform and how it can enable sustained and added business value.
  • Work closely with sales and the customer to define the future-looking roadmap and vision for decision intelligence.
  • Collaborate with product and delivery teams to ensure adherence to Blueprints and expected value realization.
  • Drive and own governance and relationships through strong quarterly business reviews.
  • Ensure customers renew their relationship with Quantexa.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Customer Focus: A dedication to understanding customer needs and aligning with their core problems.
  • Technology Expertise: A strong understanding of data or a specialization in one of our solution domains.
  • Relationship Management: Experience working with clients and fostering professional relationships.
