Client Partner Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand key multinational accounts or portions of accounts according to their size and scope within the BFSI sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with presales, solutioning, and delivery teams to ensure value delivery.
- Develop and lead deal-shaping concepts tailored to client needs.
- Facilitate workshops with technical architects to deepen client relationships.
- Establish account strategies aligned with customer priorities and market conditions.
- Interface with delivery partners to set metrics and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate contracts to maximize profitability.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 13-15 years of experience in the IT services industry.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in managing large client accounts.
- Ability to connect with other account managers and present a unified approach.
Education: Any relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
