About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of building projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent organisational and stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Coordinate and manage all aspects of building projects from planning through to completion
  2. Lead and coordinate project staff, external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives
  3. Provide high-level contract administration across both traditional and non-traditional contract systems
  4. Engage with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure value-for-money solutions are delivered
  5. Monitor and report on project performance, including scope, cost, time, cash flow, and quality outcomes
  6. Control project variances through exception reporting and conduct audits to assess performance
  7. Assist in determining project fees and approvals for billing
  8. Contribute professional expertise to stakeholder negotiations and project discussions
  9. Other duties as required

Mandatory Requirements :

  • Strong background in project management with demonstrated experience in building and construction projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organisational, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure

Highly Desirable :

  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Town Planning, or Quantity Surveying
