Job Opportunity: Contract Administrator
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for writing scopes of work, negotiating and letting sub-contracts, and involving themselves in monthly cost reports. They will also be required to handle variations.

Selection Criteria:
The following criteria must be met for the successful applicant:
• Proven track record in a similar role delivering building and construction projects
• High level of computer literacy
• Experience with modern construction software systems (e.g., Jobpac, Cheops, Procore)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
About the Role:
