Job Description

This role involves designing and developing various training content, materials, and processes to create excellent learning experiences for our customers. You will be responsible for building your skills in adult instructional theory and best practices to guide the process of learning needs and training solutions. Your expertise will also be used to design new instructional modules & courses and re-develop existing ones using modern learning technologies.

You will actively participate in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, comply with professional and quality standards, as well as act in a manner consistent with our values and ethical standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher AND (5) years of experience with multiple course authoring modalities, including video, HTML5, Camtasia, SCOs such as Articulate and others.
  • Minimum of five (5) years designing and developing eLearning
