Job Title: Training Content Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Training Content Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and reviewing high-quality curriculum and learning materials for instructors and online programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop curriculum products that meet capability owner requirements
  • Develop and design high-quality curriculum products that align with training and assessment standards, and meet legislative and departmental compliance
  • Liaise with stakeholders regarding initiatives impacting the design of flexible learning materials and delivery of programs
