About this Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Training Development Coordinator.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about learning and development, and who wants to make a real impact in our organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and conducting training and assessment to ensure consistency of training content and delivery throughout our network in a cost-effective manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the development and implementation of customer-centric training programs;
  • Managing on-the-job coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to achieve high levels of performance and service excellence;
  • Leading stakeholder engagement and consultation to deliver diverse expectations and demands;
  • Developing curriculum, course content, and delivery methodology ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies;
  • Monitoring the quality of training preparation, delivery, and assessment of all courses conducted;

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who has demonstrated leadership experience and a commitment to driving a customer-centric service culture within a team. You should also have knowledge and experience of competency-based training and assessment, including planning, management, and implementation of training solutions.

Additionally, you should have highly developed communication and negotiation skills, a record of achievement in building relationships with key stakeholders, and the ability to design, facilitate, and implement training programs.
