The focus is on risk management and multifaceted responsibilities include designing e-learning materials, facilitating online and in-person workshops and continuously seeking feedback from stakeholders.Key responsibilities include:
  • Design and develop effective learning interventions including online and virtual training materials, participant resources and facilitator guides using Microsoft tools.
  • Plan, support and execute the delivery of learning content leveraging our Learning Experience Platform (LXP) and Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Monitor and review the effectiveness and relevance of training programs through regular feedback interventions.
  • Coordinate the process of continuous improvement of design, content and user experience based on employee feedback, digital trends and internal requirements.
