Strategic Climate Change Leader

A leader in sustainability is required to manage the strategic climate change approach. This involves working with cross-functional teams to embed climate-related considerations into core business, risk architecture and divisional planning.
The successful candidate will oversee the governance and implementation of the Climate & Disaster Resilience Action Plan. They will be responsible for driving key commitments including climate scenarios analysis and net zero emissions reduction.
This role requires expertise in developing and integrating climate change strategy into broader organisational risk management, business strategy and strategic processes. Strong communication, influencing and negotiating skills are also essential.
