Transformative Change Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Transformative Change Leader. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving strategic change initiatives across our diverse operating environment.

The Chief Transformation Office plays a pivotal role in identifying, monitoring and managing risks that impact our business. As part of the Change Management Centre of Excellence, you will provide leadership, support, training and management for all strategic change initiatives launched within Risk, including Financial Crime, Compliance and Conduct.

In this dynamic role, you will be involved in developing and executing activities required to implement strategic change. You will also provide functional leadership and assist the business with readiness activities for your allocated portfolio of complex and technical programs.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll need relevant experience as a Change Manager gained within financial services or other highly regulated environments. Experience working on risk or compliance related programs of work is highly regarded, although not essential. You'll also have exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to challenge and influence project team members and stakeholders to achieve change deliverables and benefits.
