Job Title: Transformation Leader

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Leader to drive large-scale change across people, culture, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a transformation strategy and plans across multiple workstreams.
  • Build executive and stakeholder buy-in, ensuring ownership and accountability for change outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide peers and change champions to uplift organisational change capability.
  • Design and deliver communication and training programs to drive adoption and sustain transformation.
  • Monitor and report on change in progress, providing insights and adjustments as required.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of proven success in managing large-scale transformation programs.
  • Strong background in strategic change, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training delivery.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, consultation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
