We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Organisational Change Leader to drive organisational change and lead end-to-end change management activities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading change management activities, collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address change impacts, and developing comprehensive communication and change strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience leading enterprise-level change initiatives.
  • Certification in change management methodologies preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and drive results.
