Job Title: Building Work Supervisor Third-Party

As a Building Work Supervisor, you will oversee the Modification and Maintenance for work of Home Modifications. This commercial business is licensed under the NSW Government's Builders Licence Scheme and bound by quality frameworks including Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards.

The successful applicant will lead a team to ensure effective and efficient work within NDIS regulations and guidelines. They will also ensure Australian building standards are adhered to and work collaboratively with other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • a current Builder's Licence
  • the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • experience preparing quotes and scopes of work
  • good problem-solving skills and the ability to refer to departmental guidelines and procedures
  • an ability to set priorities and achieve them

In addition, they must hold a current National Police Check, Current Working With Children Check, and NDIS workers screening check.
