Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Home Modifications Manager to oversee our home modifications and maintenance services across NSW, ACT & WA. This role involves supervising structural building works carried out by staff and contractors, as well as minor home repairs and maintenance services.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients and allied health professionals to provide expert oversight of services that make a real difference in people's lives.

This is a permanent full-time position based in Prestons, NSW.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant trade qualifications in building and construction.
  • Current licence for general building work.
  • Current NSW Supervisor Certification endorsed by Fair Trading NSW.
  • Demonstrated industry experience in residential building work and/or management of home maintenance and modifications programs.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound understanding of compliance, risk management, and relevant sector legislation.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a complex, client-centred environment.
  • Financial acumen with experience in managing budgets and reporting.
