Dynamic Leadership Opportunity in Home Modifications

BaptistCare, one of Australia's largest home care providers, is seeking a skilled professional to lead our Home Modifications teams.

About the Role

This role oversees government funded services to modify homes to improve safety, accessibility, and comfort. You will supervise structural building works carried out by staff and contractors across NSW, ACT & WA, minor home repairs and maintenance services.

Your teams will coordinate projects from assessment to completion, ensuring all work complies with relevant laws, standards, building codes, and funding guidelines.

You will work closely with clients and allied health professionals, providing expert oversight of services that make a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relevant trade qualifications in building and construction.
  • Current licence for general building work.
  • Current NSW Supervisor Certification endorsed by Fair Trading NSW.
  • Demonstrated industry experience in residential building work and /or management of home maintenance and modifications programs.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound understanding of compliance, risk management, and relevant sector legislation.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a complex, client-centred environment.
