Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple digital squads in delivering cutting-edge products and services, ensuring they adhere to Lean-Agile principles.
  • Be the champion of Agile values within your teams, inspiring them to embrace excellence and deliver outstanding results.
  • Support your squads in hitting goals, boosting performance, and achieving desired outcomes with speed and efficiency.
  • Push for growth and development among your teams, facilitate retrospectives, and empower them to take ownership of their work.
  • Ensure all deliverables consistently meet high standards, driving technical discipline and quality practices throughout.
  • Create a supportive team environment that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and collective success.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Scrum Master or equivalent agile role, preferably with scaled agile environment management and multiple squad leadership.
  • ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) or similar certifications, demonstrating your expertise in Agile coaching.
  • A strong understanding of Product Management, including strategy and human-centered design.
  • Experience with performance development, team coaching, or leading high-performance teams.
