Job Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Scrum Master to support our Digital squads in delivering new and exciting products.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in embedding Agile principles into day-to-day practices, eliminating barriers, and facilitating squad delivery on common goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices
  • Proactively identify and eliminate impediments, risks, and issues
  • Maintain relevant metrics and reporting standards
  • Educate and coach Product Owners on value realization and prioritization
  • Contribute to the evolution and improvement of Agile practices within the squad and organisation

What We're Looking For

  • A pragmatic individual with strong leadership skills and ability to drive positive outcomes for the squad and organisation
  • Strong understanding of Agile Methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban & SAFe
  • Ability to effectively lead teams in a manner consistent with Agile principles and values

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in an environment with high workload and competing priorities
  • Understanding and knowledge of coaching and team dynamics
