At TWD, we're seeking a skilled Designer to join our team. We're looking for someone with a passion for creating innovative design solutions and contributing to the energy transition and key infrastructure projects globally.

About the Role

We craft unique design solutions for custom structural and mechanical installation tools at TWD. Our collaborative work environment lets you share your passion for engineering and collaborate with other like-minded Designers and Engineers.

  • Create design concepts for various on- and offshore construction projects
  • Translate client requests into solid designs
  • Develop sketches and ideas into drawings
  • Set up and execute 3D models and 2D drawings
  • Maintain drawing and calculation links

You'll work closely with our Perth team to achieve our mission of simplifying construction. You're encouraged to define tasks and develop yourself on-the-job or through relevant workshops and training.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field
  • Strong technical insight and a passion for learning
  • Familiarity with drafting tools (we use Inventor, which we'll teach in-house)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility and creativity in designing innovative solutions
