Job Title

Broadcast Engineer Job Description

  • A key team member responsible for the technical quality control and management of Hub productions, including the setup, operational condition, calibration, and signal standards of an OB or Studio production and other equipment assigned to projects.
Responsibilities
  • Daily working with a small team with resources of a large international broadcast company.
  • Responsible for the technical quality control and management of Hub productions.
Requirements
  • Engineering skills preferably in both broadcasting and networking.
  • Understanding of outside broadcast workflows.
  • Desirable: Understanding of SMPTE 2110.
  • Ability to work under time constraints.
  • Well organized, able to prioritize work according to on-air importance.
  • Ability to work and communicate with team members and clients alike.
