We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in the role of Senior Broadcast Solutions Specialist.

About the Role:

This position is responsible for supporting the sales and services teams in driving growth and increasing sales of our technology solutions in the dynamic and innovative applications market.

The successful candidate will have a unique blend of engineering and sales skills, with experience in delivering exceptional customer experiences through technical solutions that accurately address business priorities and needs.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Participating in sales opportunities driven by regional sales managers
  • Scoping technical solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Coordinating closely with internal sales teams and business partners
  • Educating and providing professional development to the team and business partners
  • Engaging in customer-facing product presentations, demos, training, and workflow guidance
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, broadcast technology, or a related field
  • Record of achievement and technical solution expertise in a customer-facing environment
  • Knowledge and experience in studio/broadcast/live event video production
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
