Live Broadcast Director

This role is responsible for overseeing live broadcasts and pre-recorded content across multiple channels. Working in a control room environment, the individual will collaborate closely with producers and other teams to deliver high-quality news and entertainment programming.

About the Role:

  • Direct programs in conjunction with producers and other departments
  • Collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Leverage technology, including Mosart and ENPS systems, to drive production
  • Maintain and operate television equipment as needed
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues as required
  • Perform routine maintenance functions to ensure seamless operations

Key Requirements:

  • A strong passion for television and broadcasting
  • An understanding of live studio control rooms and their roles
  • Experience with studio automation systems, preferably Mosart
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The flexibility to work within a 7-day rotating roster
