Our Mission:

We are seeking a caring, people-centric hospitality professional to join our team.

As a key member of our gaming operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our hotel's gaming related activities.

Key responsibilities include assisting our leadership team with day-to-day operational requirements and working alongside a cohesive team to offer an exceptional customer experience.

To be successful, you will also need to ensure our venue standards are met in terms of cleanliness and presentation, utilise problem-solving opportunities to foster a positive working environment and work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Prioritising teamwork, we are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A current/valid RSA, RSG & ARCG (or a willingness to obtain) is a must.

While previous experience is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement. We are committed to providing extensive training opportunities for professional development and career progression.
