The Venue

Welcome to Unanderra Hotel, a top-tier TAB outlet offering live race and sports broadcasts. Our venue boasts three bars, cutting-edge pool tables, plasma TVs, a video jukebox, and an Entertainment Bar ideal for private events. With two inviting beer gardens, we provide ample space for relaxation and socializing.

The Role

We are seeking casual bar and gaming attendants who are enthusiastic and customer-focused to join our team. As a bar attendant, you will work across all food and beverage areas, delivering amazing service to our guests. In the gaming room, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall experience.
  • Taking orders and serving food and beverages promptly and accurately.
  • Assist customers with any inquiries related to the gaming room and its facilities.
  • Conduct routine checks and maintenance to address any technical issues promptly.
  • Monitor the gaming room to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Handling inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
  • Processing payments and operating the POS system effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth flow of service.

Requirements:

  • RSA & RCG required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Gaming experience desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Amazing customer service skills.
  • A police check will be required for this role.
