Job Title: Frontline Hospitality Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to fill this role.

  • Create personalized guest experiences, anticipating needs before they arise.
  • Recognize and recruit loyalty program members, promoting the benefits of our programs.
  • Confidently promote hotel facilities and upsell opportunities, providing expert knowledge and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service orientation, with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
  • A friendly personality paired with professionalism and a high standard of personal presentation.

Computer literacy is essential, and experience with hospitality software is highly regarded.
