Transformative Dining Experience
Ovolo Group seeks a highly skilled Chef de Partie to contribute to the growth of our refined vegetarian dining experience, Monster Kitchen and Bar. Located in Canberra, this unique eatery offers an exciting set of fresh ideas with conscious consumption at the forefront.
Your Role: As a hands-on CDP, you will assist in menu planning, implementation, and execution. You will control food preparation, manage wastage, and lead by example as a hands-on chef with excellent quality assurance and standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar environment
- Excellent knowledge of WHS, food hygiene, and efficient kitchen processes
- Able to work under pressure, remain cucumber cool, and lead effectively
- Possess good communication skills and a passion for training others
- Familiarity with seasonal ingredients and modern techniques is essential
