About Our Client:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the firm's busy Director. Based in the vibrant suburb of Double Bay, we are a well-respected company known for exceptional service and client-focused approach.

The Role:

This dynamic role will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our business, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. Key responsibilities include managing the director's diary, emails, and appointments, preparing proposals and documentation for clients, and overseeing database and compliance management.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A current Certificate of Registration and a valid driver's license
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in an admin role with strong communication skills and computer literacy
  • The ability to manage a high-volume workload, prioritize tasks effectively, and work independently or collaboratively as needed
  • Immaculate personal presentation and a positive, can-do attitude
